Gary J. Roberts has served as Vice President and General Manager for KLX Energy Services since 2014. Previously, Mr. Roberts was the Chief Executive Officer of Vision Oil Tools, LLC, a KLX Energy Services legacy company, from 2010 until its acquisition in 2014. Before that, Mr. Roberts was General Manager for Complete Production Services, Inc. and worked for Weatherford International from 1991 to 2008, holding management positions with increasing levels of responsibility in Singapore, China, Indonesia and Qatar. Mr. Roberts brings to KLX over 30 years of oilfield experience

Gay Stanley Mayeux has served as the Vice President of Finance and Administration for KLX Energy Services since 2014. Her primary focus is providing all KLX operations and the KLX parent company with important financial information, which is used to make well-informed, strategic decisions. Previously the Chief Financial Officer at Vision Oil Tools, a KLX Energy Services legacy company, Ms. Mayeux has 30 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, serving in executive level financial management positions with Weatherford International Ltd., McDermott International, Willbros Group Inc. and Hydrill Company. She holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Mississippi and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Shad Jackson has served as Vice President of Operations for KLX Energy Services since 2015. He brings more than 34 years of oil and gas Industry experience to the role, holding multiple management positions at Weatherford in The San Juan Basin in New Mexico, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, and the Bakken in North Dakota. Mr. Jackson has technical experience in both the drilling and completion arenas, and has managed businesses that include fishing and rental, thru tubing, wireline, cementation, under balanced drilling/nitrogen services as well as air drilling and tubular running services.

Douglas Barnette has served as the Director of HSE for KLX Energy Services since February 2016, bringing more than 18 years of HSE experience to the organization. Responsible for overseeing all phases of the HSE program, Mr. Barnette has held numerous HSE leadership roles in both Weatherford International and Bayou Well Services. With nearly two decades of oil and gas service industry knowledge and experience, Mr. Barnette brings a dedicated commitment to the health and safety of KLX's employees, protection of the environment and the reduction of risk to the organization through the use of a robust Health, Safety and Environmental Management system and industry best practice.

Jay Survant has held the Vice President of Human Resources position at KLX Energy Services since 2014. He brings more than 18 years of human resources, training and organizational development experience to the role, and nearly a decade of experience specializing in the dymanic human resources demands of the oilfield services industry. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Survant served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Training Development for Stallion Oilfield Holdings, Inc. He holds a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology from St. Mary's University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resources Management.

Rod Hilkey has served as Vice President of Sales for KLX Energy Services since 2015. He brings more than 29 years of oil and gas industry experience to the role, holding multiple management positions in sales and operations at Well Head Inc. and Weatherford in North America. Mr. Hilkey has technical experience in both the drilling and completion arenas, and has managed sales/operations that include fishing and rental, well head, well testing and frack stacks.
